Unsaid ("we", "us") is operated by Abdoulaye Ibrahima Ndiaye, an individual based in Senegal. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have. Contact: unsaidservice@gmail.com.

1. Information we collect

Account information: your name and email address. Your content: the letters, photos, voice messages and videos you add to Unsaid. Recipient and trusted contact details: the names and email addresses of the people you choose. Technical information: basic data such as device type, browser, IP address and usage logs, used to keep the service working and secure. Payment information: payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number.

2. How we use your information

To provide the Unsaid service and store your content. To send you reminders, including the periodic "I’m still here" confirmation. To notify your trusted contacts and deliver your messages to your chosen recipients, only through the safeguard process described in our Terms. To provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your content for advertising. We do not read your content, except if you ask us for support and give us permission, or where the law requires it. Trusted contacts can never read your messages.

4. Who we share information with

Recipients you choose, only when your messages are delivered. Service providers that help us run Unsaid, such as hosting and data storage, email delivery and payment processing, who may only use the data to provide their service to us. Authorities, if required by law.

5. Storage and security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Your content is stored with a secure cloud provider. No online service can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep your information while your account is active. If your subscription ends, you can download your content for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted. If you delete your account, your content is removed from our systems, except limited information we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

7. Your choices and rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your information, and delete your account at any time. To make a request, email unsaidservice@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws.

8. People whose details you add

If you add someone’s email as a recipient or trusted contact, we use it only to contact them for that purpose. You should only add people who would reasonably expect to be contacted.

9. Children

Unsaid is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. International data

We operate from Senegal, and your information may be processed in other countries where our service providers operate.

11. Cookies

We use only the cookies and storage that are necessary to keep you logged in and to make the service work.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If the changes are important, we will notify you by email or in the app.
